More from Amanda:
I work with children, families, couples and adults. I believe that when you are feeling stuck, whether it is with your child’s behavior, your family’s communication, your relationship’s security, or the confusion you may have with your life’s circumstances, seeking guidance is the first step to creating change in your life. My goal is to help create change within relationships that can be maintained long after the therapy process has ended.
I specialize in working with children with a variety of challenges and behavioral difficulties. When working with children, I have found that the inclusion of caregivers is the greatest way for a family to reach their goal. I work with traumatized children and their families, as well. My practice also focuses on working with couples.
Additionally, I have in-depth knowledge and trainings in play therapy, Trauma Focused -CBT, Emotionally Focused couples therapy and family systems therapy and supervision. I look forward to not only meeting with you but also, helping you reach your relationship goals.”
